Lessons are single activities with specific objectives, materials, and steps.

To create a lesson:

1. Go to the Lessons tab.
2. Click New Lesson.
3. Fill in the fields based on your lesson settings.
4. Click Save to add it to your lesson library.

You can reuse saved lessons across multiple lesson plans.
