The Billing Items page shows preset charges that you can reuse when creating invoices— so you don’t have to type them out each time.
New Billing Item
- Go to Billing > Billing Items
- Click New Billing Item
- Fill in the following details:
• Code – A unique identifier for this item, used for internal tracking and reference
• Name – The name of the billing item (e.g., Registration Fee, Monthly Tuition)
• Amount – The charge for this item
• Classification – A standardised tax classification code to define the product or service category for LHDN e-invoicing compliance
• Status – Toggle to Active or Inactive - Click Submit to save
