Themes help organise your lessons around key topics (e.g., Food, Animals, Transportation). You can also create sub-themes to break down larger topics into smaller focus areas (e.g., under  Food – Fruits, Vegetables, Meals)

To create a theme or sub-theme:

1. Go to the Learning > Themes tab
2. Click New Theme
3. Fill in the following fields
   • Theme – The name of the theme or sub-theme
   • Description – (Optional) Add a short description to give context to the theme
   • Parent – Leave this blank if it’s a main (parent) theme. Select an existing Parent Theme if you are creating a sub-theme
4. Click Save to create the theme

Sub-themes will be grouped under their selected parent theme when viewing or selecting themes for lessons or plans.
